My public benefit purpose is to act as a thought partner for social impact organizations, helping them achieve clarity and build effective systems. I provide problem-solving, planning, and development support to facilitate equitable and effective community responses to social problems.

Every year, I hold myself accountable to five key metrics that define my public benefit. These metrics ensure that as Excelevate grows, the nonprofit and public benefit ecosystem thrives along with me.

I provide high-level professional support through pro-bono advisory and my "Excelevate Access Pass," ensuring expertise is accessible regardless of an organization's current budget.

I reinvest a percentage of my annual revenue directly back into community-led initiatives, ensuring my financial success directly fuels community impact.

Strategic Equity & Capacity:
I prioritize the "Strategic Gap." I dedicate the vast majority of my billable time to under-resourced and low-capacity organizations because I am committed to ensuring that high-level strategic partnership is accessible to those doing the most critical work on the ground.

I track the total number of organizations I support each year—through both my productized tools and my custom services—to ensure my strategic reach is wide and inclusive.
